Coaching
You'll also work on a leadership or management skill that you personally want to improve. Each week you get coaching and feedback and report on your progress to the leader and the rest of the group.
Simple, easy to apply strategies to solve your leadership problems, that will lead to a happier life for you and your team.
The good news is that you CAN learn and start applying your skills straight away.
